This client came to us through a referral. The borrower had worked with other hard money lenders before, and was looking for someone who could better accommodate a quick closing timeline.  

We walked through the deal diligently with this borrower, overcoming obstacles with title, insurance, and details with the seller and to help this client get this deal closed!
