This new construction borrower in Dallas, Texas, is a repeat client. They have previously completed roughly 20 projects with i Fund Cities on entry level homes in Dallas. 

They had a lot under contract, and they had about one month to close. With a seller who was unsure of going through with the deal, the borrower was tasked with obtaining acquisition and construction funding within a month of the contract date for a luxury new construction project in one of Dallas’ premier neighborhoods, Midway Hollow.  

In order to finalize the deal, they needed a lender who could close on time for both the purchase and construction loan. 

HOW WE HELPED

The iFC team funded 55% of the purchase and 100% of construction on this project. Our team also worked with this borrower to get final plans prepared in four weeks, in order to close on time to keep the deal alive.
