RYAN HERTING

Mr. Herting serves as the President and Founder of I Fund Cities. He brings over 15 years of real estate and managerial experience. Mr. Herting Has been responsible for over $1 Billion debt real estate finance transactions within the private credit space. Prior to founding iFC. Mr. Herting was responsible for scaling multiple private equity portfolio companies.

Through its direct lending platform, iFund Cities identifies opportunities to strategically deploy capital into defined credit strategies to create stable fixed income returns for investors. The founders have a proven track record of managing over $1.9 billion of private credit since inception in 2018.
