Bryan Ziegenfuse brings 15 years of experience to the table.

He has had success in a range of disciplines including lending, capital markets, finance, and portfolio management.

Bryan earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Scot Hastings is the Chief Technology Officer of iFC, where he leads all aspects of the firm's technology as it builds a world-class real estate financing platform. He brings decades of experience designing and building cloud-native distributed systems, paired with a modern, AI-first approach to engineering and operations.

Scot's career spans enterprise, platform, and application architecture across large-scale distributed systems, web and mobile apps, data, and machine learning, with early roots in embedded software and custom hardware solutions. Before iFC, he was Principal Architect at Pura, leading the architectural vision for a connected ecosystem of IoT devices, mobile and web platforms, and enterprise applications while advancing AI-assisted development across the organization. As Platform Architect at FLYR Labs, he owned architecture across data processing, machine learning, web, and DevOps. Earlier, as Chief Information Officer of Bonotel Exclusive Travel, he built and led a global engineering organization, modernized a brittle monolith into a cloud-native portfolio, and served as one of three executives representing the company through a successful private-equity sale.

Scot holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego. He is a hands-on technical leader, equally comfortable setting architectural direction and writing code, with deep expertise in cloud-native development, DevOps and platform engineering, enterprise architecture, and AI-native software development. He works remotely from Salt Lake City.

Tina Elmer is the Director of Marketing at i Fund Cities, bringing a diverse background in real estate, television, and events.

With a strong focus on growth marketing and strategy, she excels in social knowledge management and understands what it takes to effectively support driving results through marketing.

Tina holds a degree in marketing and has a proven track record of driving success for her teams.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughters and spending time at the beach.

As iFC’s Transaction Coordinator and Vendor Manager, Chris is responsible for managing transactions in a timely manner, while ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process. He is also responsible for moving loans through closing—leading and managing a team responsible for ordering title, insurance, appraisals, and valuations from their respective vendors.

Chris brings a diverse background of sales experience to the team, from relationship banking to selling eyewear. He is highly adaptable, finding success in each role he has taken on. 

Chris holds a bachelor's degree from Houghton College. 

Chris’s toddler son keeps him busy, and he enjoys his family time. You can also find him watching the Philadelphia Eagles or enjoying time at one of Philly’s local breweries.

Connor Mercurio is an Underwriter at I Fund Cities, specializing in DSCR rental loans. Though new to underwriting, Connor has been with the company for over a year, previously serving as a Transaction Coordinator in the Closing department.

Before joining IFC in Philadelphia, he worked as a registered Financial Advisor in Tampa, Florida, following his graduation from Temple University's Fox School of Business.

In his free time, Connor enjoys exploring new foods, spending time outdoors with friends, and relaxing with a good book and a cup of coffee.

As an iFC underwriter, Harry leads risk management, analyzing borrowers' qualifications and helping to facilitate changes within iFC’s credit policy. 

Harry started working in the residential mortgage space in 2018 as a loan officer, eventually moving to the operations side of the business before coming to work for iFC in May 2021.

He is a graduate of West Chester University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in finance.

In his spare time, Harry likes to cheer on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams—the Eagles and the Phillies. He also spends many of his weekends on the Jersey Shore and enjoys playing in a men’s softball league.

Aditya was born in India, and began his career in a business family.

He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications. He also had an inclination towards Finance, so he decided to pursue a master’s in Financial Engineering at University of Illinois Urbana Champaign.

Before starting with his master’s program, he worked at Accenture for 5 months.

Aditya’s US journey has been full of new experiences and learnings. His first full-time job brought him to IFC as a Credit Analyst and now enjoys working in the Underwriting side of the business, where he analyzes the credit & risk assessment of the loan.

Outside of work Aditya enjoys playing billiards and badminton. But he is up for any sport if you ask him! He also enjoys watching movies, trying new restaurants and sometimes prefer hiking or trails.

Alex is a Loan Closer and Transaction Coordinator at I Fund Cities.

Before joining IFC, he worked as an Investment Data Analyst at Ernst & Young and with a private equity firm in India.

With a strong passion for finance and the lending industry, Alex was drawn to IFC for its vision and growth potential.

He holds a master’s degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics and a bachelor’s in finance from Drexel University.

In his free time, you’ll find him reading, listening to podcasts, or on the soccer field—when he's not fully immersed in learning new aspects of the real estate and lending world.

Underwriter Matthew Volk is responsible for verifying our Borrowers’ and their loan details to push loans to closing, generating closing documents and assisting with pricing/selling of our loans to our investors.

He brings a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines to this fast-moving loan process. 

Matthew started his professional career in sales. He found real estate in 2020 and worked as a Title Processor before joining iFC as an underwriter in 2022. 

He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and business administration from Temple University.  

In his off hours, Matthew is often watching hometown Philadelphia sports teams or his Temple Owls, during football and basketball season (Go Owls!). He also loves exploring the city with his fiancé, Sierra, and relaxing at home with their two cats, Franklin and Gritty. 

As iFC’s tech-savvy professional, Suyog serves as the company’s Director of Technology.

With his insatiable thirst for technology, Suyog actively pursues knowledge in various application, programming languages, tools, software, and the broader IT industry.

He plays a critical role in optimizing and streamlining operational processes, using his expertise, a meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of process improvement to continuously identify areas for enhancement and efficiency, while implementing strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, growth, and operational excellence across the organization.

Suyog has a master's degree in information systems and a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics. 

His many personal interests include music and movies, cooking, and traveling, where he loves to adventure, explore, and embrace diverse cultures.

Aditi is an experienced, highly skilled, Data Management Analyst at i Fund Cities, specializing in utilizing tools and technologies to optimize data processes, and to leverage data for informed and efficient decision-making through data visualization and process automation.

With expertise in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, Aditi transforms complex information into actionable insights. Aditi's proficiency in analytics tools and web technologies adds further value to her role.  

Aditi has successfully collaborated with stakeholders as an Enterprise Architecture Analyst intern, an SAP BODS Developer, and a Power BI Developer. 

She holds a master's in information systems and a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics. 

In her free time, Aditi cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones. She is passionate about Bollywood movies, enjoying their captivating stories, vibrant music, and dynamic dance sequences! She also loves shopping for unique styles and trends and experimenting with, and expanding her culinary skills.

Dhanesh is a Data Analyst at IFC, specializing in designing and managing digital marketing solutions. He develops landing pages, marketing emails, forms, and customer journeys using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Power Pages within Dynamics 365 Marketing.

He also maintains tables, flows, views, and dashboards using Power Automate and Power Apps, ensuring smooth data management and optimized workflows.

Before IFC, Dhanesh worked as a Data Analyst at Jos. G. Glennon, Jr. & Co. LLC, where he managed databases and created analysis reports using SQL and Python to support business decision-making.

He holds a master’s in Information Systems and a bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering.
In his free time, Dhanesh enjoys movies, soccer, and traveling.
